An experience when I have read a person wrongly

       I still remembered that when I was in form one, I had read a person wrongly. I was so embarass when this incident happened. The situation was so awkward. It happen like this.......
      One morning, I went to my English tuition. As usual, I took out my book and read quietly at my seat. It still have 10 more minutes before the class get started. After a while, a girl came in with her mother. Her mother was paying the fee while she was standing besides her mother. After her mother had paid the fee, she left. My teacher asked her to sit at the empty seat besides me. Firstly, teacher ask her to introduce herself. She stood up and said," My name is Annie." Then she quickly sat down. Teacher thought she was so shy so did not ask her to introduce further and started to start with the lesson.
      An hour later, we had a short break for 10 minutes. So, I started to talk with Annie. Firstly, I asked her for her name. She looked at me without any expression and said,"Annie." She quickly turned back and looking at her book. I had a bad impression towards her. She seems like to be an unfriendly girl. So, from that day onwards I never talk to her again.
      Until one day, I just found out that she was not unfriendly but she was just very shy and timid. One of my friend said that she is very timid in school and was so shy to talk to anybody. I felt so sorry for misunderstood her. She is so innocent. So, I went to apologize to her. So, I decided to apologize to her when she went to toilet.
      Finally, one afternoon, I met a opportunity to apologize to her. She went to the toilet during the short break. I asked teacher's permission to go to the toilet after she had asked. So, I went to the toilet. There were only two toilet. The two toilet had been used. I guessed that she was at the right one so I waited her to come out in front of the door. When I heard the door was unlocked, I quickly apologizes to her with my head looking downwards. After a few minutes, there was no any response. So, I lifted up my head and I realized that the people standing in front of me was not her and she was shocked by me. I felt so embarassed and quickly walked away. When I just turned around, I saw Annie was just standing there looking at me. The situation was so awkward.
      I quickly went back to class. After I went into the class, Annie also went into class. So, I decided to apologize to her again. I couraged myself and apologized to her. She nodded her head.
      From that day onwards, I am very caution when I am judging a person and I will be cautions in doing anything to avoid me from doing such a embarassed thing again.
